Payment Information

Payment is due at the time of pick up or delivery of a completed product or service. We take deposits for estimates with custom ordered parts. We accept all major forms of payment including cash, cashier’s check, and cards VIA Square.

Cash will always receive a %5 discount as it saves us from the steep card processing fees.

Refunds

If life happens and a refund is needed before completion, then a %15 fee will be charged to all stocking items. Custom ordered parts are nonrefundable. Deposits will be non-refundable as they are taken to cover the costs of custom parts. All completed labor and services to date must be billed for at the time of refund. Refunds will be initiated within 4 business days. All sales are final upon pickup or delivery of the product(s) and/or service(s). In the case of any potential warranty claim, concern, comment, or anything similar. Please reach out to LSXcellence for advising. It will be handled swiftly and professionally. Any type of chargeback or stop-payment will result in immediate legal recourse.

 

Estimates

All estimates are custom created per customer. No two estimates are alike. We work in a highly specialized part of the industry with many custom ordered parts and services. Our estimates are accurate as possible with respect to both time and money at the time the estimate is created. In our world today, many businesses struggle with parts and materials availability. There are often delays in availability, additional required parts and services, changes in pricing, and unexpected obstacles we must overcome in our daily operations with these builds. We take every measure possible to keep things on schedule and delays will sometimes happen out of our control. We always end up on top and winning! Guaranteed.

 

Completion And Storage

The Customer will be kept up to date to the best of our ability throughout the build process. The customer will be given a date of completion as soon as we see fit. We understand it is not always possible to pick up the vehicle or product right away and we are lenient as possible on the pickup date. Due to current restraints on storage space, we are requiring the vehicles are picked up within 5 business days of completion or storage fees must be billed. If the vehicle must stay for longer than 5 business days past the completion date, then we must bill daily at $85 per day until the vehicle is paid in full and picked up. If the customer or secondary contact is unreachable for 30 consecutive days while the vehicle or parts are in our possession, then the vehicle, or parts will be considered abandoned.
