2 Year unlimited mileage warranties are included on all LSXcellence built stock replacement engines. This warranty covers ALL workmanship errors and ALL damage as a result. Parts carry a manufacturer's defect warranty. LSXcellence will cover %100 of the labor.
1 Year Limited warranties are included on racing or modified engines. This warranty covers ALL workmanship errors and ALL damage as a result. Parts carry a manufacturer's defect warranty. LSXcellence will cover %100 of the labor. Our warranty policy far excels compared to other leading builders.
Aftermarket modifications, repairs and maintenance include a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty.
Tuning: We Guarantee the vehicle is running at its best upon release. In the event of the vehicle running poorly after tuning completion, then LSXcellence will diagnose any potential issues at no charge for 14 days after the sale date.
Our calibration will not change over time. Aging mechanical and electrical components WILL change over time and affect our tune. It is a simple fact these 10–25-year-old “Modified Performance Vehicles” will require additional maintenance and repair VS a “stock” or unmodified vehicle. We take every measure possible to prevent issues.
***For example: A small exhaust leak, injector leak, or vacuum leak will greatly affect the vehicle performance. The proper solution is to fix the leak. NOT get a re-tune from another tuner. Our calibration will be spot on again after repairing the new mechanical or electrical condition. Please reach out and consult with us if any questions come up. We stand behind all work done here. Refund Policy
If life happens and a refund is needed, there will be a %15 fee on stocking items. Custom ordered parts and services are nonrefundable. Refunds will be issued within 4 business days. All sales are final upon delivery or pick up.
